This category honours professionals who bring structure, humour, and warmth to a couple’s big day, recognising those who ensure wedding receptions run seamlessly with elegance and charisma.

Judges will look for: evidence of professionalism, confidence, and organisation.

1. Tell us about you and your business, including whether you are a preferred supplier, how long you have been a toastmaster, how many weddings you undertake a year, and the services you offer.
2. Describe your role and responsibilities at a wedding. How do you manage this from consultation to on-the-day service?
3. How do you interact with couples and their guests on the day?
4. Provide examples of challenging situations you’ve managed and your most memorable experience of adding value to a couple’s wedding day.
5. What makes you different and why do you deserve to win this award this year?

In your supporting evidence, please include any association memberships and provide video or imagery examples of a range of weddings where you have acted as Toastmaster. Supply any brochures or images that showcase your offering, and include a maximum of six testimonials that support your entry.
