Judges will look for: exceptional service, unique charm, flexibility of the space, and the ability to create a magical and memorable wedding experience.

1. Tell us about your business, when it was established, how many weddings it services on average each year, and the licenses you hold. Explain if you are independent, part of a group etc. and how you operate.
2. Describe your barn venue, including its history, unique features, and capacity. Explain your customer journey, packages, usps, add-ons, staffing set up and on-the-day protocols.
3. Explain how you create an unforgettable wedding experience for couples; include whether you have an in-house or external events team, planner, etc., and how you work with your couples.
4. Provide examples of weddings held at your venue, showcasing versatility and atmosphere. Include information about catering, accommodation options, and capacity.
