Judges will look for: exceptional hospitality, a strong connection to the venue’s historical significance, high-quality event coordination, and the ability to tailor the venue’s grandeur to modern weddings.

1. Tell us about your business, when it was established, how many weddings it services on average each year, and the licenses you hold. Explain if you are independent, part of a group etc. and how you operate.
2. Describe the history and unique heritage of your venue, and tell us about your wedding spaces and capacity. Explain your customer journey, packages, usps, add-ons, staffing set up and on-the-day protocols.
3. Explain how you tailor weddings to reflect both tradition and modern luxury, including whether you have an in-house or external events team, planner, etc., and how you work with your couples.
4. Provide examples of weddings held at your venue, showcasing the grandeur and experience you offer. Remember to include information about catering, accommodation options, and any unique services.
5. What makes you different and why do you deserve to win this award this year?
