Judges will consider overall feedback, customer testimonials, and evidence of service excellence as demonstrated in the 12 months prior to entry.

Judges will look for: overall excellence, outstanding customer service, stunning surroundings, and the ability to create consistently extraordinary weddings.

1. Tell us about your business, when it was established, how many weddings it services on average each year, and the licenses you hold. Explain if you are independent, part of a group etc. and how you operate.
2. Tell us more about what makes your venue truly stand out. Explain your customer journey, packages, usps, add-ons, staffing set up and on-the-day protocols.
3. Why has the last year been particularly special for your venue’s wedding offerings? Include enhancements to your weddings, awards, accreditations, refurbishments, etc.
